Eurovizija.LT: Semi-Final 2 results

Two more acts advance to the live Grand Final on February 17

The second Semi-Final of Lithuania’s Eurovision 2024 selection show has taken place. During the first show of Eurovizija.LT, the combined scores of the jury and public put Aistè and Žalvarinis through to the Grand Final on February 17

Aistè and Žalvarinis join the Eurovizija.LT finalists

Overall, 40 acts will battle it out across five Semi-Finals to earn their spot in the Grand Final of Eurovizija.LT. During the first show of the rebranded Lithuanian national final hosted by Gabrielė Martirosian and Nombeko Augustė, two acts stood out from the pack. Both Aistè and Žalvarinis advanced, sealing their two finalist places in the 8 act show. Although their nearest rivals trailed by 6 points in the combined results, the surprise was the close battle to be the overall victor of Semi-Final 1. Žalvarinis and Aistè were tied on 22 points, however it was jury that split the tie to ensure Aistè took the crown! Below are the full results of the first show.

Eurovizija.LT format and schedule

Throughout Eurovizija.LT, each artist advancing from a Semi-Final will receive a 1,500-euro budget for their song’s staging. The selection process will have five pre-recorded Semi-Finals and a live Grand Final. Each Semi-Final will see 8 artists compete, with two qualifying for the Grand Final. The schedule for the remaining shows are as follows.

  • Semi-Final 3 – January 27
  • Semi-Final 4 – February 3
  • Semi-Final 5 – February 10
  • Grand Final – February 17

During this year’s final is the inclusion of a Super-Final round, where the top 3 artists will continue on to compete for the chance to represent Lithuania at Eurovision 2024, which will be determined solely by 100% public televoting.
