TODAY: 🇷🇴🇧🇪🇲🇩🇳🇱 Four new entries released and 🇮🇹 Italy continues their selection

It’s a busy day ahead and it’s not even Saturday! Four countries are revealing their entries for Eurovision 2021 while Italy continues their Sanremo Music Festival.

Today’s schedule:

🇷🇴 Romania – Song release

What: Roxen releases 2021 entry “Amnesia”
When: midnight and 20:00 CET
Where: Spotify and TVR1, watch here

Roxen was selected internally by the Romanian broadcaster TVR to represent the country for the second year now. The song was also selected internally with the help of expert jury. The song “Amnesia” has been available for streaming everywhere where it’s already March 4th.

However, Roxen is set to make an appearance on the show România9 on TVR1 at 20:00 CET. Maybe we can expect the premiere of the music video on the show.

🇧🇪 Belgium – Song release

What: Hooverphonic releases 2021 entry
When: Around 8:45 CET
Where: Radio station MNM, listen here

Hooverphonic’s Eurovision 2021 entry will get its first play on the radio station MNM at around 8:45 CET. Hooverphonic was selected to represent Belgium again after the 2020 contest was cancelled. They were set to represent the country with “Release Me” last year.

🇲🇩 Moldova – Song release

What: Natalia Gordienko releases 2021 entry “Sugar”
When: 18:00 CET

After teasing her Eurovision 2021 entry “Sugar” earlier this week, Natalia Gordienko will release the song today. The song will be revealed via a live stream from Moscow’s Crave Theatre, starting at 18:00 CET. Natalia Gordienko will represent Moldova for the second time, after representing her country first time in 2006. She was also set to represent Moldova last year with “Prison”, before the contest was cancelled. Last year she was selected as Moldova’s representative through national selection, but this year the broadcaster picked her as their representative internally.

🇳🇱 The Netherlands – Song release

What: Jeangu Macrooy releases 2021 entry
When: 19:00 CET
Where: Broadcast on YouTube, watch here

The host country The Netherlands will reveal their entry in a special live broadcast on YouTube from 19:00 CET. Jeangu Macrooy was selected again as the country’s representative, as he was set to sing “Grow” last year in Rotterdam.

The Netherlands are pre-qualified for the final this year, as hosts, and will perform 23rd during the grand final on 22nd May.

🇮🇹 Sanremo 2021 – Night 3

What: The third night of Sanremo Music Festival 2021
When: 20:30 – 1:30 CET
Where: RAI or the livestream

The third night of Sanremo Music Festival 2021 is taking place tonight, starting from 20:30. We already heard the 26 competing entries over the past two nights. During the third evening, the 26 artists will perform the cover of a song of their choice.
