The first four acts for this year’s PrePartyES have been announced. Montaigne, Senhit, Barbara Pravi and Hurricane will all take part in the online event, which will be held on 24th April at 22:00 CEST.
More acts for the online pre-party will be announced over the upcoming weeks. Last year, 24 artists – including 21 acts from Eurovision 2020 – took part in the event which was watched by 43,000 people live on YouTube.
The artists begin to sign up
Just four artists are currently confirmed for this year’s event, as announced earlier this week:
- 🇦🇺 Montaigne (Australia 2020/2021)
- 🇫🇷 Barbara Pravi (France 2021)
- 🇸🇲 Senhit (San Marino 2011/2020/2021)
- 🇷🇸 Hurricane (Serbia 2020/2021)
Last week, the organisers confirmed that the pre-party will “highlight the debuts of the participating countries” in Eurovision.
This year’s edition wants to highlight the debuts of the participating countries. These first participations are a faithful reflection of the history of Europe and of how the festival has evolved since its foundation in 1956.– Eurovision-Spain.com talking about PrePartyES2021
Several in-person pre-parties have already been cancelled this year. Amsterdam’s Eurovision in Concert has been postponed until 2022, while the London Eurovision Party has also been cancelled for the second year in a row. The Spanish pre-party was the first to be confirmed for this year, albeit being hosted online.
