Our 2021 Eurovision winners from Italy are going strong in the charts all over Europe and even beyond. This week they reached No. 1 in Germany and Switzerland with their cover of “Beggin'” by The Four Seasons. Moreover, they also have two songs in the official Top 3 in Austria at No. 2 and 3 with “I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE” at No. 2 and “Beggin'” at No. 3! We previously reported about the chart success in the UK.
The chart success continues
With Måneskin reaching No. 1 in both Germany and Switzerland, they are the first act to achieve this since Loreen in 2012 with “Euphoria”. They are even the first Eurovision winner who reaches No. 1 in both countries with a song that isn’t their winning song since Celine Dion conquered the world with her hit “My Heart Will Go On” in 1997.
But this is not all. Måneskin also is charting high with their song “I WANNA BE YOUR SLAVE”! They are No. 4 in Germany at the moment and No. 8 in Switzerland. They are not No. 1 this week in Austria but very close with being 2nd and 3rd. Maybe they reach the magical No. 1 next week with one of their two songs.
More than a month after their win, the winning song “Zitti e buoni” is doing well. Currently, it is No. 37 in Germany, No. 9 in Austria, and No. 15 in Switzerland.
