The American success of this year’s Eurovision winners Måneskin isn’t slowing down. After performing at Ellen and the Tonight Show and opening The Rolling Stones’s Las Vegas concert, the Roman band got everyone moving at The Voice USA.
A “Begging” and “Mammamia” medley
On 29 November, Måneskin were special guests on NBC’s The Voice, the popular talent show now at its 21st season. Carson Daly, the host of the show, introduced them as “Multi-platinum, global rockstars who earlier this year won the Eurovision Song Contest representing Italy“. They then went on to sing a medley of “Begging” and their new single “Mammamia“. Begging is driving the band’s success in the US, following it becoming viral on TikTok after their Eurovision victory. The piece, originally released in 1967 by the band the Four Seasons has been an integral part of the band’s repertoire being included in their 2017’s EP Chosen.
The four star judges of the show John Legend, Ariana Grande, Blake Shelton and Kelly Clarkson all gave Måneskin a standing ovation, as did the audience who seemed to truly enjoy their guest performance.

NBC will host the American spin-off of Eurovision
Måneskin’s appearance at NBC is not a coincidence. In fact, the broadcaster will air the American spin-off of our favourite contest starting from 21 February, with the host Carson Daly advertising the upcoming show.
