Six shows for a winner

As is now usual for Lithuania, Eurovizija.LT will take place over several weeks, with five semi-finals of nine songs each, which will take place weekly on Saturdays, between January 11 (first show) to February 8 (fifth show). Two songs will qualify from each semi-final to the Grand Final, which will be held on broadcast on February 15, a super Saturday shared with the finals of Eesti Laul (Estonia), Sanremo (Italy) and the Melodi Grand Prix (Norway).

Semi-final results will be determined by a combination of jury and televote, and so will the first round results of the final. After this first round, the top 3 songs will compete for the victory at the end of the show, with the final choice being fully given to the public through televote.

Last year, Lithuania reached the Eurovision Grand Final with Sylvester Belt’s “Luktelk”, and ended in 14th position. This was the 4th qualification in a row for Lithuania, making it the most successful Baltic country of the 2020’s.
