Austria and Lithuania among newest acts to perform at Eurovision in Concert 2023!

With Eurovision season in full swing, it means that another season is starting very soon: the pre-parties! Eurovision in Concert, taking place in Amsterdam’s AFAS Live concert hall, is the biggest pre-party of the year, with many Eurovision stars heading to The Netherlands to perform their Eurovision 2023 entries. The newest names to be announced are: Austria and Lithuania!

The line-up so far

In only a few weeks, on April 15th, the AFAS Live will be filled with Eurovision performances. A few days ago, Eurovision in Concert announced that Lithuania would perform at the event as well. It won’t be Monika Linkytė’s first time performing at the concert, though. She represented Lithuania in 2015 together with Vaidas Baumila and the song “This Time”, which they also performed in Amsterdam. This year, she will be singing “Stay”!

Another name that has been announced is Austria: Teya & Salena. Even though their song has not yet been revealed, they are already making sure that they can perform it in Amsterdam.

Including Lithuania and Austria, the following artists have been announced for Eurovision in Concert 2023:

  • Mia Nicolai and Dion Cooper (🇳🇱 Netherlands)
  • Gustaph (🇧🇪 Belgium)
  • Joker Out (🇸🇮 Slovenia)
  • Wild Youth (🇮🇪 Ireland)
  • Voyager (🇦🇺 Australia)
  • Monika Linkytė (🇱🇹 Lithuania)
  • Teya & Salena (🇦🇹 Austria)

That means seven acts so far, and surely many more to be announced over the following weeks!

Eurovision in Concert 2023: What you need to know

Every year in April, the city of Amsterdam turns into a large Eurovision party. This year, Eurovision in Concert will take place on Saturday, April 15th at 20:00. You can buy tickets HERE. The show will be hosted by Cornald Maas and Hila Noorzai.

The day before the concert, the party is already starting off well with Amsterdam Calling, a Eurovision concert hosted in Melkweg, another concert venue in Amsterdam. Several artists have been announced for this event already: Senhit (San Marino 2011, 2020, 2021); Ott Lepland (Estonia 2012); Slavko Kalezic (Montenegro 2017), and Lindsay Dracass (United Kingdom 2001).
