Currently atop the My Eurovision Scoreboard, The Roop from Lithuania will perform “On Fire” at the London Eurovision Party on Sunday 29th March.
Second time is the charm for The Roop
The pop-rock group from Vilnius won the ticket to represent Lithuania at the Eurovision Song Contest 2020 on their second attempt, having previously entered the national selection in 2018 with the song “Yes, I Do” coming third.
This time, entering “On Fire” into Pabandom iš naujo!, the group came out on top in a very competitive 8-act final – winning both the jury and the televote by a considerable margin.
The Roop are the seventh act to be announced so far for the London Eurovision Party 2020. The full line-up, as announced so far, is as follows:
- Co-host SuRie (UK 2018)
- Samanta Tīna from Latvia
