Slovenia’s LPS will attend Eurovision in Concert

Slovenia is next in the line-up for Eurovision in Concert! The band will perform their song “Disko” at the AFAS Live in Amsterdam, on April 9th.

LPS, an abbreviation of Last Pizza Slice, won EMA back in February and the band was handed the ticket to Turin. The winner LPS was the favourite of the televoters and finished second in the jury vote. They will perform 5th in the first Semi-Final, which will take place on May 10th. Before that, however, they will showcase their song to the Eurovision fans in Amsterdam!

In 2019, a total of 28 competing artists performed in The Netherlands’ capital. This year Eurovision in Concert will take place on April 9th, with the Eurovision 2021 host Edsilia Rombley and Cornald Maas in hosting duties. The tickets are still available and can be found here.

Also confirmed to perform at Eurovision in Concert are:

Fans will also be able to enjoy performances by Teach-In’s Getty Kaspers with the winning song of 1975 “Ding-a-Dong” and Marga Bult, who represented The Netherlands in 1987 with the song “Rechtop in de wind”. Bente van Leijden

I have watched Eurovision every year since 2009, and have become actively involved in the fan culture since 2016! My favourite genre in Eurovision tends to be rock, but I am not opposed to pop songs or ballads at all. If the song is good, I will like it :) As an Amsterdam native, I am very lucky to visit Eurovision in Concert each year. In 2021, I was even lucky enough to attend 5 Eurovision shows in Rotterdam!
