New Music Friday – this week with Måneskin, Benjamin Ingrosso, MARO, Amanda Tenfjord and more!

Ten of the best new songs from Eurovision artists!

Amanda Tenfjord – ‘All In’

Only days after her 8th place for Greece, Amanda Tenfjord was already planning for her future, back in the classroom taking her exams. Recently Amanda confirmed she is now a qualified Doctor! Yet she found some time to follow up ‘Die Together’ with, ‘Plans’ and has also announced a European tour for 2023. Today she releases her latest single, ‘All In’. Obviously Amanda is on a high with this change in pop direction. ‘All In’ goes all in on toe-tapping beats, as she sings of the joys of embracing life to the fullest with a new love. Later this October she will release her debut album.

“All In is about falling in love – but when the timing isn’t perfect. When all your friends are telling you it’s a bad idea, but all your senses are telling you to go for it. It’s about trusting your gut, taking a leap of faith and going all in. I’ve been looking forward to releasing this song as my last few singles have been more about the sad and melancholic parts of a relationship. This one is definitely about the more fun and exciting part, and I’m looking very much forward to performing it live.”

STEFAN – ‘Miraaž’

Fresh from Turin, Estonia’s Eurovision 2022 representative a household Eesti Laul name, STEFAN returns this week with new single, ‘Miraaž’. Together with Estonian music legend, Sven Lõhmus on writing duties, STEFAN shows a new side to his music. In ‘Miraaž’ or ‘Mirage’, we are taken on an 80s time-warp in this desert oasis anthem. Soon he will release his new upcoming EP, as well as embarking on a Summer tour.

Dotter – ‘Only Good Die Young’

This year was the first time since 2016 that Dotter did not feature as a performer or composer in Melodifestivalen. Instead she and fiancée of Dino Medanhodžić were busy working on Malta’s Eurovision 2022 entry, ‘I Am What I Am‘, where Dotter can be found on the backing vocals of the studio version. After a busy year already, releasing ‘Bon Voyage‘ and ‘Varför‘, Dotter follows up with another pop smash in, ‘Only Good Die Young’. A wistful, coming of age number about the follies of youth.
