Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest

Spain has participated continuously in Eurovision since 1961, with only the United Kingdom having a longer unbroken streak of participation. They have won Eurovision on 2 occasions, in 1968 with Massiel’s ‘La La La’ and in 1969 as one of the 4 winners in the 4-way tie that year. Among all of the countries that have won the contest at least once, Spain has the longest ‘victory drought’, having not won for 56 years.

The entry chosen at Benidorm Fest 2025 will be their 64th entry to Eurovision. Earlier this year Nebulossa won the third edition of Benidorm Fest with the energetic ‘Zorra’. During the Grand Final of the Malmö contest, Nebulossa achieved 22nd place with 30 points.
