🇩🇪 Susan releases “Stronger With You” revamp

The road to Warsaw (sort of...) continues for Germany...

Germany’s first ever Junior Eurovision hopeful Susan has released the revamped version of her entry “Stronger With You”. The song has been written by Levent Geiger, who also makes an appearance in the music video.

Germany will compete in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest against 12 other countries who will all perform, for the first time, from their home countries. The event will be presented from Warsaw, after Poland won last year’s Junior Eurovision.

Extra instruments and backing vocals!

After winning the German national final, Dien Song für Warschau, Susan began working on a new version of “Stronger With You”, which has now been released on the Junior Eurovision YouTube channel.

The revamped version features backing vocals added to the final chorus, as well as more instrumentation throughout. It is one of six songs already selected for the contest. Seven songs, including Serbia’s “Heartbeat”, are still yet to be released.

Junior Eurovision 2020 – what we know so far

Junior Eurovision 2020 is to be held on November 29 in the Polish capital of Warsaw. The slogan for the show is ‘Move The World’. Following Viki Gabor’s victory on home soil in 2019, this will mark TVP’s second consecutive time hosting.

Note, unlike previous years, the show is due to be held in a TV studio, rather than an arena. The venue itself is yet to be confirmed, and will either be ATM Studio or Transcolor Studio.

The following countries (and entries) have been confirmed to be taking part in the contest:

What do you think of the revamped German entry? Do you think it could win in Warsaw?
